Lusaka

To Lusaka - the capital of Zambia. Where the last night of relative luxury at the intercontinental hotel happens before a long drive tomorrow into the remote regions. No Quaker Oats in the supermarket n no semi skimmed milk. Stocked up on 6-8 days worth of food and water as there won’t be any electricity or stores. Lots of sweet stuff in case I get low blood sugar and nothing that needs refrigeration. All part of the adventure!
